Responsibilities and Duties

-Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life."
-Communicates with office personnel, sales team members, fellow technicians, and management to ensure top quality customer service.
-Educates customers and prospects on all services.
-Provides all services to customers, ensuring that the highest standards are met.
-Applies pest control products to labels standards on residential and commercial properties.
-Safely operates company equipment, including company vehicle.
-Selling company service contracts to potential customers
-Must be able to comfortably lift 50lbs from the floor onto your back over and over
-Reliable smart phone is required to operate software needed to do work duties

Full-time
Pay: Hourly with commission

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative/Inbound Sales

We are in the business of providing an extraordinary level of service to our customers. We are passionate about serving people and protecting their homes and businesses. We just happen to control pests. We are looking to hire a Full-time Inbound Sale/Customer Service Representative. Service and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Previous experience selling pest control service is a plus but not required. Job would entail taking inbound sales calls from prospects interested in our residential and commercial pest control services. Inbound customer service tasks and duties are also required as well when sales calls are not coming in.

Tasks will be:
Taking inbound sales calls, leads that come through emails, and other lead sources. Customer service tasks, taking phone calls, emails, organizing service routes and communicating with service technicians. We reward our teammates with the industry's best compensation and bonuses.
