I can’t say enough good things about this company! I have been using Simply Green Pest Control for a year now and couldn’t be happier! Their pricing is fair and they are very reliable. I’ve had 3 different technicians come to my home and each one was on time and courteous. Nikolas M has been great with listening to my concerns and coming up with solutions. He educated me on the products he was using, and suggested a schedule that would help best deal with the fly problem we had. He even remembered I recently had a baby and asked how she was doing! If that doesn’t show this company hires great people, I don’t know what would! Thank you, Simply Green!

We have been using Simply Green for over 3 years to manage an American cockroach infestation stemming from our next-door neighbor's backyard and would not trust anyone else with our pest control needs. All of the technicians have been amazing to work with and provide a thorough service each time. In particular, Matt spent a significant amount of time walking our entire property inside and out to discuss the activity we see and informed us of every potential intervention we could take to help control this issue in between appointments while also further customizing our routine treatments to more effectively target the high traffic areas. This was extremely helpful since the source of the infestation is not on our property leaving limited options to completely eradicate the pests. In addition to wonderful tech service, the communication and customer service from the corporate office has been outstanding. Our next-door neighbor vehemently opposes the use of any pest control and has been downright hostile towards us and Simply Green as a company for the services being provided. Christian, the GM of Simply Green, spent hours talking on the phone with our neighbor to explain the company's philosophy and discuss potential solutions to mediate her concerns. He also came to meet us at our home to get a better understanding of the issue as a whole and further discuss a plan to satisfy all parties. This effort went far beyond any realistic expectation and demonstrates how committed Simply Green is to their customers.

I had a great experience with Christopher S. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I wasn’t left with questions. Nothing felt rushed or scripted. It was just an easy, straightforward process. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. He was also great to talk to, respectful while in my home, and even made sure everything was closed up before he left, including locking the side garage door. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. This company’s lucky to have him. Brittney helped me get everything set up, and she was just as helpful. I told her I rent and didn’t want to be stuck in some long-term contract. She didn’t push anything, just worked with me to find something that matched my lease. I ended up going with a contract anyway, but only because she made it make sense. That was a big shift from the last company I dealt with. They told me it was a six-month deal, and later I found out it was actually two years. Yeah, I should’ve read the fine print, but honestly, I didn’t. Brittney was clear from the start, which made all the difference.

If you are looking for pest control, go with Simply Green! We have been monthly customers for years and won’t be leaving anytime soon! Each tech is awesome! We had Jeren this past week, and he is AMAZING! I hate insects and he went above and beyond to make sure my home was treated (even helped me move my couch and cushions because I’m crazy thinking they may be everywhere, ha!). But he was so kind throughout my annoying requests and so so helpful - even with me being his last appointment on a Friday!
